FROM GUANTANAMO TO RAQQAH

From Guantanamo to ar-Raqqah is made by combining two shades of orange extracted from two digital images:
One from a photograph of an anonymous prisoner in Guantanamo wearing an orange uniform, and the other from a video released by the Islamic State showing the murder of James Foley, also wearing an orange uniform.
A salafi-jihadist organization waging war on the modern world and the United States, which claims to bring peace to the world by destroying this organization, ironically converge in the same color. They blend into each other, spread across the entire surface of the wall.
They leave no space for another color.
